Used by teams and associations across Quebec
You coach with what’s in your head…
but without a real system to rely on.
Most coaches juggle scattered notes, Google searches, and memorized drills — without any real structure.
Hours wasted searching
Finding the right drill for the right level takes forever — and practices get improvised for lack of a plan.
No consistency across the season
Without structure, every practice is a one-off. Players develop by chance, not by design.
Hard to collaborate as a staff
Sharing drills via email or text is archaic. Your staff doesn't have access to the same resources.
Everything you need,
in one place.
Le Concepteur™ isn't just a drill bank. It's a complete system for coaching with intention, from U7 to U17+.
A library organized by category, level, and keywords. You find what you need in seconds.
Structured practice plans that ensure logical progression throughout the season.
Built for U7 through U17+ — every concept adapted to the level of the players in front of you.
Everything you need
on and off the ice.
Modules designed to fit naturally into the way you coach.
The Designer —
Draw and animate your drills.
A unique visual tool: draw your own drills directly on a virtual rink, then animate them to see the movement come to life. Players, equipment, zones, movement lines — and build multi-step sequences.
- Interactive virtual rink
- Positionable players, cones, pucks, nets
- Custom movement lines and zones
- Animate your drills to show live movement
- Multi-step sequences in a single drill
- PDF export with diagram included

"Like every year, I’m here again! Your products are absolutely essential to me. If the success of a practice depends on the quality of the drills, it’s thanks to your guidance that mine reach this level of excellence."
"A reference for all hockey enthusiasts. The interface is intuitive and the content is relevant and up to date. Hard to ask for more."
"At the start of the season, I was anxious — I didn't really know how to approach coaching. Today, I'm genuinely having fun. I never thought I could enjoy it this much."
"This is exactly what I've been looking for for years: a platform aligned with my values, and finally in French. I'm convinced it will transform the hockey world in Quebec — and beyond."
"I'd been looking for a long time for software to build my drills and stop making my practice plans by hand. This one is simple, complete, and enjoyable to use. Whether you're a first-time coach or have years of experience, it's an exceptional tool for learning, deepening, and improving the way we see and teach the game."
