The problem
Four nights of camp, 40 players, three evaluators.
Score sheets that go missing, notes you can't compare, and a decision that's hard to explain to parents. Camp is a big moment for a kid. It deserves a fair, organized evaluation.
Without Le Concepteur
- Score sheets scattered everywhere
- Evaluators who each grade their own way
- Cuts that are hard to justify
With Le Concepteur™
- Every player and every note in one place
- The same evaluation template for your whole staff
- A clear picture of each player, session after session
What you can do
Easy to pick up. Built to last all season.
01
Roster and sessions
Your players, their position, their previous age group. Your sessions, each with its focus: two or three things, not ten.
02
A grade every session
An overall grade from 1 to 3 for every player, with a quick comment: ✓ strength, X weakness, ? to review.
03
Detailed evaluation
Skating, passing, puck handling… Use the template as is or build your own, criterion by criterion.
04
Your staff evaluates too
Each assistant grades with their own account, without stepping on anyone's toes. Everything comes together in the player's file.
In action
See it the way you'll use it.
Also in Le Concepteur™
It all fits together.
